云南省曲靖地区猪细小病毒血清流行病学调查 被引量:3

摘要 为了解曲靖地区猪细小病毒(PPV)的感染情况,试验采用间接ELISA方法,从曲靖地区的10个规模化养猪场和5个散养户中随机采取560份猪血样,进行猪细小病毒Ig G的抗体检测,检测结果显示:这15个猪场总的猪细小病毒抗体阳性率是61.96%。从猪场方面来看,2号猪场抗体阳性率最高达到80%,从猪的类别来看,经产母猪的抗体阳性率最高为70.99%,从不同的饲养模式来看,规模化饲养的猪细小病毒抗体阳性率比散养户要高。从检测结果来看,曲靖地区总的猪细小病毒抗体阳性率低,说明猪场的免疫效果不好,对该病的防制要提高警惕,加强饲养管理、环境卫生和防护方面工作。 In order to know the infection circumstances of porcine parvovirus in Qujing area, we experimented with a method of indirect ELISA, taking 560 pig blood samples randomly from 10 large-scale piggeries and 5 scattering raising-households to examine the antibody of porcine parvovirus. The result showed that in the 15 piggeries the total antibody positive of porcine parvovirus reached 61.96%. The terms of the piggeries the anti- body positive in NO.2 piggery was as high as 80%. Seen from the type of pigs, the antibody positive of muhi- parous sows reached the highest rate of 70.99%. Seen from the different feeding modes, the antibody positive of porcine parvovirus in large-scale piggeries was higher than that in scattering raising-households. From the ex- amination result, in the area, the antibody positive of porcine parvovirus has a lower rate, which shows immune effect is not good. The awareness of preventing the disease. Should be raised and it's also necessary to strength- en feeding management, environmental hygiene and protection.
