微波消解-石墨炉原子吸收法测定香辛料中铅含量 被引量:6

摘要 对呼和浩特大型超市以及农贸市场采购的家庭常用香辛料7个品种28个样品进行了重金属铅的含量测定。采用石墨炉原子吸收分光光度法测定铅含量,在微波消解法的基础上添加了预消解。结果经过预消解-微波消解,原子吸收分光光度法测定,计算出八角的回收率范围为97.2%~99.3%,桂皮的回收率范围为99.7%~99.9%,花椒粉的回收率范围为99.9%~100.2%;经过微波消解,原子吸收分光光度法测定,计算出八角的回收率范围为95.0%~96.5%,桂皮的回收率范围为99.5%~99.7%,花椒粉的回收率范围为99.4%~99.8%。预消解-微波消解法比微波消解法具有消化的完全、彻底,回收率高等优点。 The content of Hohhot mainly large supermarket and farmers markets 7 kinds of heavy metals in a sample of 28 in Pb was determined. The content of lead in the samples was determined using graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry. The pre-digestion was added on the basis of the microwave digestion method.As a result,used pre-digestion-microwave digestion,the anise's recovery rate was 97.2 %-99.3 %,cinnamon's recovery rate was 99.7 %-99.9 %,pepper powder's recovery rate was 99.9 %-100.2 %;used microwave digestion,the anise's recovery rate was 95.0 %-96.5 %,cinnamon's recovery rate was 99.5 %-99.7 %,pepper powder's recovery rate was 99.4 %-99.8 %.Pre-digestion-microwave digestion had digested completely,thoroughly,and high recovery rate than microwave digestion method.
