微波消解-原子吸收法测定水果中重金属含量 被引量:6

摘要 以徐州7种常见市售水果为试验材料,采用微波消解-原子吸收光谱法对其铅、镉、铬3种重金属元素含量进行了测定,结果表明:该方法能准确测定样品水果中重金属元素含量,线性范围宽,精密度好,回收率高,且方法简单;对照食品安全国家标准,发现不同的水果中3种重金属存在不同的超标现象,当地当季水果镉、铬含量均在标准值范围内,铅超标率不超过25%,反季节、非当地水果铅含量超标现象严重,其中反季节西瓜超标率达100%,镉、铬含量也有不同程度的超标现象,这一结果提示广大市民尽可能食用当地当季水果。 The contents of heavy metals(Pb,Cd and Cr)in 7 kinds of fruits that ollected from Xuzhou markets were analyzed by microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrometry.The results showed that the method of microwave digestion-atomic absorption spectrometry was a simple method that provided ccurate measurement of heavy metals in fruits with wide linear range,good precision and high recovery. Contrasting the national food safety standards,3 kinds of heavy metals in different fruits are found to have different over proof phenomenon.The Cd and Cr contents of local seasonal fruits are within the standard value range,and the Pb exceeded rate was below 25 %. However,the Pb content of off-season and non-local fruits exceeded the standard seriously.The Pb of off-season watermelon exceeding rate was up to 100 %;Cd and Cr contents also exceed standard in varying degrees.The above results prompted that the general public should eat local seasonal fruits as more as possible.
