摘要
为了研究茶多酚对运动员耐力水平的影响,选取40名体育学院学生作为试验对象进行试验。经过为期6周训练,进行运动耐力测试,递增负荷测试和恒定负荷测试。结果表明:观察组运动员运动耐力较对照组运动员显著提高(P<0.05);通过递增负荷测试,证明观察组运动员有氧耐力显著高于对照组运动员(P<0.05);通过恒定负荷测试,证明观察组运动员无氧阙各项指标较对照组运动员有显著改善(P<0.05)。所有的研究对象在训练和测试过程中均未发生任何不良反应,证明茶多酚具有明显的提高运动耐力的功能,并具有一定的安全性。
In order to study the effect of tea polyphenols on the endurance of athletes,the 40 students of Sport University were selected as experimental object. After six-week training,the endurance test,increasing the load test and constant load test were taked. The results showed that the endurance of observation group athletes were increased significantly than the control group athletes(P〈0.05). By increasing the load test,proving that observation group athletes sports aerobic stamina was significantly higher than control group(P〈0.05). By constant load test,the result proved that the index of anaerobic threshold of observation group athletes were im-proved significantly(P〈0.05). All subjects in the process of training and testing had not been any adverse reac-tions occur,proved that tea polyphenols had obviously improve the function of the exercise endurance,and had certain security.
