均匀设计优化生产苦荞芽菜的无机盐配方 被引量:2

摘要 以Ca(NO_3)_2·4H_2O、KNO_3、Mg SO_4和NH_4H_2PO_44种大量型无机盐为影响因素,筛选一种适合沙培法生产苦荞芽菜的营养液配方。各因素浓度水平取值均为0~10 mmol/L,以芽菜的产量值为因变量,在DPS软件处理下用U7(74)型均匀设计优化得出生产苦荞芽菜的最优无机盐配方为Ca(NO_3)_2·4H_2O:1 561 mg/L;KNO_3:1 010 mg/L;Mg SO_4:1.46 mg/L;NH_4H_2PO_4:0 mg/L。通过验证试验分析得到:施用此配比无机盐所得苦荞芽菜产量值达(13.9±0.47)g/100株,极显著高于空白试验组;芽菜最佳采收时间为播种后7 d^8 d,明显缩短了苦荞芽菜生长周期;鲜芽菜中可溶性糖极显著升高,总酸极显著下降;芽菜干物质中可溶性总蛋白、总黄酮和芦丁含量也表现为显著增加。均匀设计回归方程模拟性好,预测度高,方法稳定、可行,生产的苦荞芽菜产量值高、品质优良。 Four type of major inorganic salts,Ca(NO3)2·4H2O,KNO3,Mg SO4 and NH4H2PO4,were chosen as influencing factors to screen a suitable ratio of nutriention while producing buckwheat sprouts in sand soilless cultivation.The Concentration range of factors were all 0-10 mmol/L. We defined the fresh weight of buckwheat sprouts as dependent variable and used U7(74)type uniform design by DPS software optimize inorganic salts ratio for the production,and the results as following:Ca(NO3)2·4H2O 1 561 mg/L;KNO31 010 mg/L;Mg SO41.46 mg/L and NH4H2PO40 mg/L. Through the verified experiment analysis:with the optimal inorganic salts ratio gain average yield value(13.9±0.47)g/100 Plants of buckwheat sprouts,which was extremely significantly higher than the blank group;the best harvest time of buckwheat sprouts was 7 d-8 d after sowing which significantly reduced the growth cycle;soluble total sugar was increased extremely significantly,total acid was decreased extremely significantly of fresh sprouts;in dry sprouts,the soluble total protein,total flavonoids and rutin were all significant increasing. In conclusion,uniform design and regression equation had good simulation,high predicted and the method is stable,viable;buckwheat sprouts production value and qualities are good.
