摘要
【目的】为了准确评价玉米品系的高产、稳产及适应性.【方法】采用GGE双标图法对2011-2012年甘肃省玉米区域试验的12个玉米品系在12个试点的产量试验数据进行分析.【结果】12个玉米品系中,‘玉源209’和‘2070’品系的高产性及稳产性最好,且平均产量表现均接近理想品种,而‘沈单16’的高产性、稳产性及平均产量表现最差;12个玉米试点中,临洮试点的鉴别力和代表性优于其它试点,而清水和临夏2个试点的鉴别力和代表性最差.【结论】‘品系2070’‘玉源209’以及临洮试点可以作为甘肃省玉米区域试验的参考,并且GGE双标图法可以客观评价玉米参试品系的高产性、稳产性以及试点区域的鉴别力、代表性,从而提高区域试验的准确性,为甘肃玉米品种鉴定与推广提供了理论依据.
[Objective] In order to accurately evaluate the high-yield, yield stability and adaptability of maize cultivated variety. [Method] GGE-biplot method was used to analyze the yield data from the regional test for 12 maize lines in 12 sites from 2011 to 2012. [Result] The results showed that the variety 2070 and Yuyuan 209 had higher yield and better yield stability than other lines and Shendan 16 high yield, yield stability and average yield. Lintao pilot had better discrimination and r than other sites,whereas Qingshui and Linxia were the worst. [Conclusion] Yuyuan 209 was the worst in epresentativeness ,2070 and Lintao could be used as a reference of maize regional test in Gansu,and GGE-biplot method was objective to evalu- ate high-yield, yield stability of lines and pilot discrimination and representativeness, to improve the accura- cy and efficiency of regional test and provide theoretical basis for the identification and promotion of maize cultivars.
