摘要
【目的】研究兰州百合根系分泌物的自毒效应.【方法】采用水培法收集30d兰州百合根系分泌物,通过营养钵栽试验来研究不同体积分数兰州百合根系分泌物对百合幼苗生长、根系形态、幼苗叶片叶绿素含量、抗氧化酶活性和渗透调节物质含量的影响.【结果】随着根系分泌物体积分数的升高,百合幼苗生长量逐渐减小,25%、50%的根系分泌物对幼苗生长具有不同程度的促进作用,75%、100%的根系分泌物对幼苗生长表现出不同程度的抑制作用.根系分泌物处理导致百合幼苗叶片超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、过氧化物酶(POD)和过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性上升,根系活力、叶绿素、丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸(Pro)含量下降.【结论】兰州百合根系分泌物具有明显的自毒效应,100%根系分泌物的抑制作用最大.
[Objective] To study the allelopathy of the root exudates from Lanzhou lily on lily seedling. [Method] The root exudates were collected from 30 days Lanzhou lily by hydroponic cultivation, the growth,root morphology, chlorophyll content, antioxidant enzyme activity and osmotic adjustment sub- stance content were determined in seedling leaves by feeding root exudates at different concentrations. IRe- suit] The growth of seedlings decreased with the increase of concentration of root exudates. The root exu- dates at 25% and 50% promoted seedling growth. However,the exudates at 75% and 100% inhibited the seedling growth. The exudates increased activity of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, catalase, decreased root activity, and content of chlorophyll, malondialdehyde and proline. [Conclusion] The root exudates from Lanzhou Lily show obviously allelopathy effect,the maximum is found at 100% of exudates.
