摘要
目的:建立离子色谱法测定盐酸伐昔洛韦中氯的含量。方法:采用抑制型离子色谱法,Dionex Ion Pac AS18(250 mm×4 mm,5μm)阴离子交换色谱柱,以30 mmol·L^(-1)氢氧化钾溶液为淋洗液,流速为1.0m L·min^(-1),检测池温度为35℃,电导检测器。结果:氯离子与常见成盐阴离子分离良好,在2~30μg·m L^(-1)浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9);定量限为0.8μg·m L^(-1);加样回收率为99.1%(n=9,RSD为1.3%)。结论:该方法准确、灵敏、专属性好,可用于测定盐酸伐昔洛韦中氯的含量,以控制成盐比例。
Objective:To establish a method to determine the content of chloridion in valacyclovir hydrochloride by ion chromatography. Methods:A Dionex Ion Pac AS18 column(250 mm × 4 mm,5 μm) was used. The elutriant was 30 mmol·L^-1potassium hydroxide solution. The flow rate was 1. 0 m L·min^-1. Inhibitory electrical conductivity detector was used with detecting pool temperature of 35 ℃. Results:Good separation between chloridion and other conventional anions was achieved. The standard curve was linear in the range of 2 - 30 μg·m L^-1(r =0. 999 9). The limit of quantification was 0. 8 μg·m L^-1. The average recovery was 99. 1%(n = 9,RSD = 1. 3%).Conclusion:This method is accurate and selective. It will be used for the determination of chloride content in valacyclovir hydrochloride to control the salt-forming proportion.
