On Talent Cultivation of Characteristic Specialty in Vocational Colleges under Background of Intelligent Manufacturing

全球制造业正处在以智能制造为核心的新一轮科技革命和产业变革中。我国制造业不断推进智能升级,导致新兴职业岗位的出现和职业岗位内涵的变化。高职院校特色专业建设应遵循职业教育的基本规律,创新符合产业结构调整升级的职业教育体系,培养与之相配套的高素质技术技能人才。

The global manufacturing industry is in a new round of technological revolution and industrial revolution based on the intelligent manufacturing as the core. The continuous smart upgrade of China＇s manufacturing industry results in the emergence of new career positions and the changes in the connotation of professional posts. The construction of characteristic specialty in higher vocational colleges should follow the basic law of vocational education ,and reform the vocational education system with the adjustment and upgrading of industrial structure, and cultivate high quality and multi-skilled talents.
