就业导向下高职学生学业指导研究

Research on Academic Guidance of Employment-Oriented Higher Vocational College Students

教育的根本是育人,高职教育具有高等教育和职业教育双重属性,高职学生的学业指导存在一定的特殊性,目前相关的研究比较少。本文通过分析把以就业为导向的办学方针与学生学业指导相结合,在研究高职学生学业指导需求的基础上,指出高职学生学业指导应以就业为导向,激发学业指导的内在动力,全面认识和构建学业指导体系,开展学业指导实践,提高高职院校人才培养水平。

The fundamental mission of education is to educate people. Higher vocational education has the dual attributes of higher education and vocational education. The academic guidance of higher vocational college students has special characteristics, but there are few related researches. In this paper,the employment-orlented school pelicy and the academic guidance of students are combined to study the needs of higher vocational college students and the current situation of academic guidance in vocational colleges ,to stimulate the academic guidance of the inherent power under employment guidance,and to carry out academic guidance practice with comprehensive understanding and construction of academic guidance system, thus to improve the level of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.
