村治民主的发生机制:合作社下的村庄治理转型——以陕西省Y村洋芋产业合作社为例

Mechanism of Village Democracy: the Cooperative Development and Governance Mode Transfer——Based on the Local Survey in Potato Cooperation on Shanxi Province

农业合作社作为一种农村的新型组织,其不仅有助于村庄的经济发展,而且对村庄的基层民主亦有重要作用。后者却往往被学界所忽视。学界对于合作社的论述更多关注其作为一种社会组织的功能,未能与村庄治理进行有效勾连。对于组织发展带来村庄政治的微观变迁也缺乏探讨。本文以陕西省Y村洋芋合作社为例,深入分析了合作社发展过程中重新导致的利益聚合,权威继替,价值映射和参与内生,最终促成村治民主的发生,村庄治理实现由管理型向自治型的转变。

As a new type agricultural organization,the agricultural cooperative,not only promote economic growth for the rural area,but also performs an important function on community-level democracy. The function often is neglected. However,for the present research condition,the agricultural cooperatives tend to pay more attentions the function as social organization and it can't be associated with the village governance. There is still a lack of research on micro change of village governance. Using the potato cooperation as an example,the paper details the interest articulation and aggregation,authority change,internalized value and civil participations,these factors lead to the origin of village democracy. The type of governance on the village turn from managed to governance-type management mechanism.
