城镇化促进农民增收路径研究

Research on Urbanization Promoting Farmers' Income Growth Routes

在梳理现有文献和回顾及展望城镇化发展的基础上,对城镇化促进农民增收的路径机制进行规范分析,从农业生产要素协调、城镇化产生劳动力需求与农产品需求三个角度进行研究,认为城镇化从增加未被转移劳动力人均产出、增加被转移劳动力工资收入和促进农产品市场规模扩大三个方面促进农民增收。城镇化促进农民增收是长期效应,政府部门应根据三个促进路径,制定相应的长期政策以更好地促进农民收入的增加。

In basis of combing the search of existing literature and reviewing and forecasting the urbanization trend in China,the essay took normative analysis of farmer's income growth routes,which is promoted by urbanization,to conclude that the urbanization increases the output of non-transferred individual labor force and the wage of transferred labor force as well as enhances market scale of agriculture products from the perspective of agricultural products factors coordination,requirements of labor force for urbanization and agricultural products demands. The routine is nevertheless such a long way that government departments are requested to formulate long-term tactics accordingly,so as to promote the income growth for farmers.
