苏北返乡农民工创新创业融资生态环境评价研究

Research on Starting-up Financing Environment of Returning Migrant Workers in Northern Jiangsu

当前经济形势下,越来越多的农民工选择返乡创业。良好的融资环境已成为农民工创业成功的关键。在分析苏北返乡农民工创新创业融资生态环境影响因素的基础上选取指标并构建评价指标体系,运用模糊层次分析法对其进行评价。最后,根据实证研究结果提出了基于财政金融互动模式的优化返乡农民工创业融资环境的若干建议。

More and more migrant workers choose to return home to start businesses in the current economic situation. A sound financing environment has become the key to success of migrant workers home business. By analyzing the influencing factors of innovation and entrepreneurship financing ecological environment for returning migrant workers of Northern Jiangsu, this paper selected the relevant indicators and constructed evaluation index system, then evaluated it by the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process. Finally,according to the empirical study ,this paper made suggestions of optimizing the venture financing environment for migrant workers based on the fiscal and financial interaction model.
