The Research on Evaluation Index System of “Farming- supermarket Docking” Supply Chain

"农超对接"供应链能否拥有吸引力在于其运行效果的好坏,而判定其运行效果的关键在于评价指标体系的构建。在回顾以往"农超对接"评价指标体系的基础上,从供应链视角,对"农超对接"运行效果评价指标体系的建立原则进行了系统的阐述,并对指标构建模型进行了解释。在此基础上,确定了评价指标体系的基本构架,即借助平衡计分模型构建了财务、顾客、内部经营、学习与成长四个维度的二级指标,进而依据供应链运作参考模型设立了14个三级指标,并对各指标进行了相关解释。

The ' farming-supermarket docking' supply chain will have appeal lies in its supply chain performance of goodness or badness,and the construction of evaluation index system is the key to judge its run effect. On the basis of reviewing the past evaluation index system,from the perspective of the supply chain,we exposit the principles and explained the indicator model of evaluation index system. Thereby,we determine the basic framework of evaluation index system. Firstly,we use balanced scorecard model to determine the secondary indexes which include financial,customer,internal business,learning and growth; Secondly,we set up 14 tertiary indicators based on supply-chain operations reference-model.Finally,we explaine the different indicators.
