摘要
无论国家发展还是高职院校、地方企业都需要建立校企协同创新系统。协同创新动力机制的研究较少,怎样的动力机制可以同时激发校企双主体,并能够让系统协同创新呢?谁又是动力系统中的关键主体呢?文章基于复杂适应性系统理论,按照"跨越边界"原则将协同创新共同体重构为校企协同创新系统的主体,协同创新系统成为复杂适应性系统,并建构了协同创新动力机制的理论模型及校企协同创新系统的动力机制,为动力活力机制有效运行提供保障。
The enterprise collaborative innovation system needs to be established on the local enterprises, the higher vocational colleges and the national development level. The researches on the mechanism of collaborative innovation are less. What kind of power mechanism can stimulate double main body, and make the whole system more innovative? Who is the key subject in the power system? Based on the theory of complex adaptive system, the body of CAS system is established on the principle of "crossing the border", which is the innovation community. A theoretical mode of collaborative innovation dynamic mechanism is built in this paper. According to the power source of the complex adaptive system, the dynamic mechanism of the cooperative innovation system between higher vocational colleges and local enterprises provides protection to the dynamic active mechanism.
