基于企业研究生工作站的研究生实践教育探析

Research on Graduate Students' Practical Education Based on Graduate Workstations in Enterprises

企业研究生工作站作为研究生培养的新模式,有效解决了研究生实践环节的落实问题。江苏科技大学依托企业研究生工作站,探索基于"1+X"平台的研究生实践教育"三段推进"模式,将研究生的实践教育活动分为基础实验、综合实践及学位论文三个部分,确定研究生的分类培养目标,形成行业企业参与的柔性培养方案,强化实践教育过程,并完善"运行-管理-评价"三位一体的实践教育管理与质量保障体系。

he graduate workstation in the enterprise,a new mode of graduate education,effectively solves the problems of implementation of graduate students＇ practical links.Taking the graduate student＇s workstation of Jiangsu University of Science and Technology in the enterprise as an example,the paper explores the Three- stage Promotion mode based on the ＂1＋X＂ platform.The practical education activities of graduate students are divided into three parts：the basic experiment,the comprehensive practice and the thesis to determine the classification of graduate training objectives,to form a flexible training program by the participation of enterprises and industries,to strengthen the practical education process,and to improve integrated operation-management-assessment practical education management and the quality assurance system.
