Research on Emotional Mechanism of School-enterprise Cooperation in Higher Vocational Colleges under the New Normal

新常态下,在政府的宏观调控、政策支持不到位和企业缺少合作意愿等的情况下,高职院校要充分发挥主体作用,从理念更新、制度保障、文化建设、平台互动等多方面积极进行情感投资,增强自身吸引力,提高企业与高职院校合作的积极性,让企业成为主动的"追求者",从而实现校企合作资源共享、利益共赢的局面。

Under the new normal,lack of government＇s macro- control,policy support and enterprises＇ cooperation intention will push higher vocational colleges to fully play the main role and make emotional investments in updating the concept,the system,the culture,platform interaction and other of positive aspects,enhance their attractiveness,improve the enthusiasm of enterprises to cooperate with higher vocational colleges,so that the enterprises can become active pursuits,so as to realize the cooperation of resources sharing and the win-win situation.
