高职院校传统专业招生现状与行业人才需求差异性探析

Analysis of the Difference between the Enrollment Status of Traditional Majors and the Industry talents Demand in Higher Vocational Colleges

目前,高等职业院校生源下降严重,一方面许多传统专业出现了生源荒的情况,另一方面许多企业却急需技能型人才,即行业的用人需求与高职院校招生现状存在供求差异。在分析传统专业招生现状和存在问题的基础上,提出根据市场人才需求进行专业改造、依托地域产业集群开展校企联合培养、加强专业优势宣传、出台招生激励政策等措施,以此来加强高职院校传统专业招生,进而缩小这种差异,有利于高等职业教育的良性发展。

At present,the number of higher vocational college students has declined sharply and many of traditional majors have the shortage of students.On the other hand,many enterprises are in urgent need of skilled talents,namely occurrence of supply and demand differences between the industry and the enrollment status of higher vocational colleges.Based on the analysis of the traditional professional enrollment status and existing problems,the paper put forward specialty transformation according to the market demand,school-enterprise cooperation training on the basis of the regional industrial clusters,strengthening the publicity of professional advantages,the introduction of enrollment incentive policies and other measures,in order to heighten enrollment of traditional specialties the traditional higher vocational professional,and narrow the differences in favor of the healthy development of higher vocational education.
