摘要
事业单位编外用工作为事业单位用人不足的有效补充,在事业单位发展中起到了重要的作用。由于目前事业单位没有统一规范的管理办法,事业单位编外人员的管理在一定程度上存在用工不合理、管理无序、同工不同酬、各项保障机制不健全等问题。因此,为规范事业单位的编外用工,维护他们的合法权益,我市事业单位综合管理部门很有必要通过部门联动,建立编外用工的的考核考评机制,健全他们的工资待遇制度。
The supernumerary in institutional organizations is the effective supplement when they short of staff and plays an important role in their development.Because there are no uniform management standards at present institutions,the supernumerary management work,to a certain extent,has unreasonable employment,management disorder,unequal pay for equal work and imperfect security mechanisms.Therefore,in order to regulate supernumerary employment and safeguard their legitimate rights and interests,it is necessary for comprehensive management departments of Lianyungang's institutional organizations to establish the supernumerary employment assessment and appraisal mechanism and improve their salary system through the branch linkage.
