摘要
针对青海省部分农牧区及山区无公网信号覆盖,用电信息采集终端客户用电数据无法上传的实际问题,国网青海省电力公司在试点应用的基础上,全面分析了北斗卫星、230无线专网、光纤通道、中压电力线载波等多种远程通信通道的优缺点及适用范围,结合青海电网实际,以无线公网为主,光纤通道、230无线专网、北斗卫星、中压电力线载波为辅,构建了多种通信方式互补的用电信息采集远程通信通道网络,实现了青海电网用电信息采集的全覆盖、全采集。
Because of the non-coverage of public network in some farming and stockbreeding areas and mountain area in Qinghai province,electricity information of users from Electricity Information Acquisition Terminal cannot be uploaded. Thus State Grid Qinghai Province Grid Company comprehensively analyzed the pros and cons and scope of application of Beidou satellite,230 wireless private network,fiber channel,medium voltage power line carrier and other long-distance communication channels based on the pilot application. In the consideration of the actual situation of power grid in Qinghai:wireless public network as major communication channel,fiber channel,230 wireless private network,Beidou satellite and medium voltage power line carrier as supplementary channel,a complementary electricity consumption information collection remote communication channel network of various communication modes was built,for the full coverage and collection of electricity information in Qinghai power grid.
