As the continue development of the integration of world economy, communication among countries becomes unprecedentedly frequent. Therefore, trans - culture has become the basic context of academic research. In such a context, there appear difficulties and confusion in professional set up of art management. To solve these problems, we should actualize the integration of art from perspectives of ideology, policy, guiding system, and personnel cultivation.
