摘要
纳米氢氧化镁作为一种新型环保阻燃剂,具有分解温度高、高效阻燃、消烟、填充量少、无毒无腐蚀等特性.本文概述了反向沉淀法、均相沉淀法、分散剂改性沉淀法、水热处理等纳米氢氧化镁制备方法,总结了纳米氢氧化镁阻燃机理,并对纳米氢氧化镁阻燃剂在建筑保温材料中的应用前景进行了展望.
Recently, as a new type of environmental fire retardant, nanometer magnesium hydroxide has attracted lots of interests due to its advantages, such as high decomposition temperature, efficiency inflaming retarding, smoke sup- pression, low filler content, non - toxic and non - corrosive, et al. In this paper, the preparation methods of nanome- ter magnesium hydroxide, including reverse precipitation, homogeneous precipitation, dispersant modified precipitati- on, and hydrothermal method were reviewed. The fire - retarding mechanism was summarized, and the potential ap- plication in the building insulation materials was outlook.
