构建适应地方经济发展需求的建材类专业人才培养模式的研究与实践

本文针对建材类专业普遍存在强调"大材料"、重理论轻实践、弱化专业方向和实际应用,难以满足地方经济和行业发展的实际,提出构建适应地方经济发展需求的建材类专业创新人才培养模式,并从建材专业创新人才培养模式及专业群建设、创新实践教学体系、依托学科平台建立班导师制度、建立产学合作教育运行机制、构建合理的大学生创新评价与激励机制和由大学教育向终身学习转变等多个方面进行了系统论述.

This article is focus on the problems of widespread emphasis ＂overall of material professional＂ of material professional, value theory and despising practice, weaken the professional direction and the actual application. It is hard to to meet the local economy and industry development, so put forward the innovative talent training mode of building materials engineering to meet the needs of local economic development, and from the building materials en- gineering majoring in material innovation personnel training mode and professional group of construction, teaching system of innovation experiment practice, set up a class tutor system based on a discipline platform, established co - operative education operating mechanism. To build a reasonable evaluation and incentive mechanism of college students＇ innovative, change the school education to lifelong learning and so on several aspects in this paper.
