苍辛气雾剂喷鼻联合离子导入治疗变应性鼻炎的临床疗效分析

Therapeutic effect of a combined therapy with Cangxin Nasal Spray and iontophoresis on allergic rhinitis

目的观察苍辛气雾剂喷鼻联合离子导入治疗变应性鼻炎的临床效果。方法2011年1月~2013年12月期间我院收治的变应性鼻炎患者120例,随机分为观察组（n=60）与对照组（n=60）。观察组给予苍辛气雾剂喷鼻联合迎香穴离子导入治疗,持续3疗程;对照组予以布地奈德鼻喷剂喷鼻治疗。疗程结束后比较两组临床效果。结果治疗结束后,观察组治疗有效率为90.0%（54/60）,明显高于对照组（70.0%,42/60）,组间差异具有显著性统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论苍辛气雾剂喷鼻联合离子导入治疗变应性鼻炎疗效理想,值得临床上推广应用。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of a combined therapy with Cangxin Nasal Spray（CNS） and iontophoresis on allergic rhinitis based on a clinical trial. Methods Included in this study were 120 cases with allergic rhinitis treated in our Hospital from Jan., 2011 to Dec., 2013, randomly divided into two groups, i.e. observation group（OG, n=60） and control group（CG, n =60） respectively. The cases in OG were given CNS combined with iontophoresis to the acupoit Yingxiang, lasted for 3therapeutic courses, while those in CG were given budesonide nasal spray only. Then, therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups by the end of therapeutic courses. Results As evaluated by the end of therapeutic courses, the effective rate was 90.0%（54/60） for those cases in OG, significantly higher than that of 70.0%（42/60） in CG（P〈0.05）. Conclusion As shown in this study, the combined therapy with Cangxin Nasal Spray and iontophoresis to the acupoit Yingxiang is effective for the treatment of allergic rhinitis. Therefore, it is worthy of promoting to application in clinical practice.
