摘要
大数据推动了我国社会诸多方面的变革,也促使高职教育改革向纵深方向深入,以此为背景的高职教师角色重塑亦刻不容缓。高职教师自身必须转化观念,更新知识技能;同时,学校也应该通过重构教师评价体系,完善激励机制等手段营造良好的环境,协助教师顺利完成"破茧"之路。
Big data promotes the reform of many aspects of our society, and promotes the depth reform of vocational education. It is also urgent to reshape the role of vocational teachers. Higher vocational teachers must transform their ideas, update their knowledge and skills;at the same time, the school should also rebuild the teacher evaluation system, improve the incentive mechanism and other means to create a good environment to help teachers successfully comulete the"broken coconn".
