摘要
通过对数控车床刀具系统研究与试验,设计出数控车床定位式刀杆刀具系统,基本实现了数控车床加工中的自动对刀.提高了加工效率,稳定了加工精度,为全面实现加工过程的自动化奠定了基础.
Based on the research and test of tool system for CNC lathe, the positioning cutter bar tool system of CNC lathe is designed, basically realized the automatic tool setting in CNCmachining. The machining efficiency is improved, and the machining precision is stabilized, which lays the foundation for realizing the automation of machining process.
