摘要
培养乡村教师,教师教育者的乡村情愫是关键。重建乡村教育,小学信息技术教师大有可为。乡村小学信息技术教师培养必须超越传统电教人培养理念,重塑小学信息技术教师新形象;应该强化乡土情感和乡土文化教育,增强网络教育、教学和教研意识与能力——坚定以教育信息化促进城乡教育均衡发展的理想,树立运用信息技术实现自我发展和协同发展的意识,掌握指导学生应用信息技术促进学习的能力,拓展引导村民应用信息技术改善生活和发展生产的能力,提升开发乡村特色数字化教育资源的能力。
Emotion for countryside is important to the cultivation of rural teachers. The information technology teachers in rural primary schools have a bright future to rebuild rural education. To cultivate the information technol- ogy teachers for rural primary schools, we must surpass the tradition of training electrified educators, and remodel the new image of the information technology teachers in primary schools, intensify rural feelings and culture, and enhance awareness and ability of online education, teaching and research. The students must have a dream to accelerate educa- tional balance between rural and city by means of educational informationization, and set up awareness to achieve self-development and synergetic development by using information technology, and possess ability to instruct children to facilitate learning by using information technology, and expand ability to guide villagers to improve life and develop production by using information technology, and promote ability to develop rural educational digitalization resources.
