论“跨境民族”的边界范畴

Boundary Category of Cross-Border Ethnic Groups

在人类社会史的发展过程中,民族与国家有着重要历史性联系。但是,民族与国家原本有着各自起源和变化的轨迹,只是到了现代,两者才走到了一起,成就了所谓"民族-国家"形制。国家有自己的边界,民族也有自己的边界,二者同中有异。而在国家边界之外,还存在着族群文化边界和地缘边界等不同的边界范畴,它们相互交织。"跨境民族"同时兼顾"国家"与"家园"等不同的概念,它们同中有异,趋势有同有逆,复杂多样。论文试图对这些关系进行梳理和厘清。

Ethnic group and country have an important historical link in the developing process of human social history.However,they have their own origins and changing tracks respectively,and only to the modern times,the two come together,forming the so-called system of＂ethnicgroup-and-country＂.A country has its own border,and so did an ethnic group.Both are different on common ground.Apart from the country border,there still exist such different boundary categories as different ethnic cultural borders and geographical borders that intertwine with each other.Cross-border ethnic groups take into account different concepts of ＂country＂and＂homeland＂.They are different on common ground,complex and diverse,and tend to be identical and contrary.This article attempts to sort out and clarify these relationships.
