一种基于新的不确定语言集成算子的多属性群决策方法

A Multiple Attribute Group Decision Making Based on a New Uncertain Linguistic Aggregating Operator

针对不确定语言评价信息的多属性群决策问题,为避免直接运算时产生的越界现象,文章构建基于等信息转换理论的不确定语言模型,定义该模型下的新运算法则,提出新运算法则下的广义不确定语言加权平均算子(ULWA_2)和广义不确定语言有序加权平均算子(ULOWA_2).基于所定义的不确定语言集成算子,文章提出一种多属性群决策方法,并通过实例说明该决策方法的可行性与有效性.

Facing the multiple attribute group decision making problems with uncertain linguistic assessment information, to avoid encountering cross phenomenon in direct operation, the article builds an uncertain linguistic model based on the theory of equivalent information transformation. Some new operation rules under the model are defined, then a generalized uncertain linguistic weighted arithmetic averaging operator （ULWA2） and a generalized uncertain linguistic ordered weighted arithmetic averaging operator （ULOWA2） are proposed. According to these new uncertain linguistic aggregating operators, we propose a multiple attribute group decision making method, and show the feasibility and effectiveness of this decision making method with an example.
