摘要
云棱果刺通草(Trevesia palmata(Roxb.)Vis.var.costata Li)枝干用甲醇提取,利用硅胶柱层析和Sephadex LH-20柱层析进行化学成分分离纯化,从中分离得到4个化合物,根据现代波谱技术和理化性质对化合物结构进行鉴定,鉴定结构为:balanophnin(1),β-sitosterol(2),daucosterol(3)和3-hydroxystigmasta-5,22-dien-7-one(4).均为首次从刺通草属植物中分离得到.
Four compounds including a neo-lignan, and three steroids were isolated from the twigs of Trevesia palmate var. costata, and their structures were elucidated as balanophnin (1), D-sitosterol (2), daucosterol (3), and 3β-hydroxystigmas- ta-5,22-dien-7-one (4) respectively. All the compounds were isolated from the genus Trevesia for the first time.
