略论高校辅导员素质问题——基于法律素养的考察

Talking about the College Counselor's Quality Problems——Based on the Inspection of Legal Literacy

在我国,高校辅导员这一职务历来都是被党和国家领导人所高度看重的,他们在多个层面出台相关文件,强调高校辅导员工作的重要性。而高校辅导员作为我国高等学校师资队伍建设与发展的极其关键的组成部分,他们既是大学生人生道路上的指路人,也是生活上的关怀者,更是思想上的答疑者。但不可否认的是,随着社会的进步与物质生活的丰富,部分高校辅导员由于经受不住各种诱惑,自身的素质日益腐化,出现了体罚学生,贪污学生班费,收受巨额礼品(款)等现象,他们最终走上了被处分甚至是犯罪的道路。因此,加强新形势下辅导员的法律素养就显得更加急迫,本文正是基于此种原因提出了相关的应对之道。

In our country, Party and state leaders value the college counselors＇ work highly. They issued some relevant documents on several levels, emphasizing its importance. As a key component of the construction and development of the teaching staff in colleges and universities in China, they are not only the guiders and caregivers, but also ideological solvers for college students. But with the development of society and the abundance of material life, part of them could not resist various temptations, appeared many kinds of phenomena such as corporal punishment, seizing the unnormal properties and accepting huge gifts （devices）, etc. Accordingly, they were punished, or some even embarked on the road of crime. So it is very important to strengthen their legal literacy in the new situation. In this paper, the relevant way is put forward to deal with it.
