摘要
通过分子设计,成功合成了具有高效阻燃性能的有机膦酸锆-氧化石墨烯异质耦合阻燃剂,可应用于聚丙烯的复合阻燃材料生产。通过红外分析、热重分析、力学分析、阻燃特性等分析表明,有机膦酸锆氧化石墨烯异质耦合阻燃剂能提高材料的热稳定性能、力学性能和阻燃性能。
An efficient flame retardant of organic phosphonic acid zirconium - graphene oxide was uccessfully synthesized through the molecular design and added in the polypropylene composite flame retardant material. Through infrared, thermo gravimetric, mechanical, and flame retardant properties analysis, it is proved that it can improve the thermal stability, mechanical properties and flame retardant performance of polypropylene.
