基于压电诱导压力波法测量高压强状态下低密度聚乙烯中空间电荷分布的实验系统

摘要 介绍了一种基于压电诱导压力波法(Piezo-electric Induced Pressure Wave Propagation,PIPWP)搭建的空间电荷测量装置,该装置中以压电陶瓷片作为声脉冲发生器的核心部件.结合该测量装置并利用安装在平板硫化机上的圆台形模具,对线性低密度聚乙烯平板样品在施加电场的同时外加静态高压,样品受到的压强可实现从0到100 MPa的可调.样品在高压强的作用下被压缩,利用该系统对压缩前后样品中的空间电荷分布和注入情况进行了测量. A space charge measurement device based on Piezo-electric Induced Pressure Wave Propagation( PIPWP) method was introduced,in which piezo-electric ceramic sheet was the core component of the acoustic pulse generator. Using the above-indicated system and the steel molds fixed on a vulcanizing press,LLDPE planar samples are subjected to both electric field and high static pressure which is from 0 MPa up to 100 MPa. Samples were compressed by high pressure,and space charge distribution and injection were investigated simultaneously.
