摘要
医用气体系统作为医院的生命支持系统,其安全性将直接影响患者的生命安全。随着我国医院建设进入高速发展期,如何建设一套符合规范要求、安全、可靠的医用气体系统成为医院建设各参与方越来越关注的问题。我国第一部医用气体工程建设国家标准GB 50751—2012《医用气体工程技术规范》(以下简称《规范》)颁布实施已有四年多,《规范》中的一些要求在设计、施工、验收等环节存在理解偏差,容易被忽视。本文结合工程实际,从管道、终端和阀箱施工过程及常用气体品质方面详述了《规范》的相关条款,为提升医用气体系统建设质量和用气安全提供了参考和借鉴。
As a hospital life support system, the security of medical gas system will directly affect patients' life and safety. With the tremendous development of hospital construction in our country, how to build a set of medical gas system that meets the requirements, safety and reliability is becoming a problem which each participant of hospital construction is more and more concerned about. China' s first national standard for medical gas engineering construction, Technical Code for Medical Gases Engi- neering(GB50751--2012) (hereinafter referred as the Code) has been promulgated and implemented for five years. Understanding deviation exists in some requirements of the Code pertaining to design, construction, inspection and other aspects, which are easily neglected. Combined with the engineering practice, this article details the relevant provisions of the Code on pipeline, medical gas terminal units and emergency zone valve box construction process and quality of general gases, in the hope of pro- viding reference and experience to enhance medical gases system construction quality and gases safety.
