摘要
利用高能电子加速器对经由温度梯度法获取的人工合成Ⅱa型金刚石大单晶进行辐照,使用光谱辐照度计、DiamondView以及红外吸收光谱仪对实验前后样品的颜色及显微形貌进行观察和分析。实验发现:经过高能电子辐照后,无色的Ⅱa型金刚石单晶可以处理成粉色,同时金刚石表面出现灼烧痕迹,而处理后晶体的DiamondView荧光则由淡蓝色变为金黄色。
Type Ⅱa diamond crystals synthesized by using temperature gradient method were treated by electron irradiation through high energy electron accelerator. The samples were tested by colorimeter,Diamond View and FTIR. It is found that the initial colorless type Ⅱa diamond crystal changes into a pink color after the electron irradiation,and that there are some burning traces on the surface of the diamond. It is also shown that the color of fluorescence captured by Diamond View changes from light blue to golden.
