摘要
利用冲击钻进波动理论,模拟金刚石复合片在井下工作时的实际受力状态,研制金刚石复合片抗冲击装置,提出金刚石复合片抗冲击韧性测试方法。结果表明:经本装置测试后得出的ZB1308、ZA1308、ZA1613和ZA1913金刚石复合片的抗冲击韧性的最小值,与实际受载情况相符,即:常温抗冲击韧性值的最小值分别为30、60、80、85 J,高温抗冲击韧性最小值分别为20、50、70、75 J。本装置可以有效拟合金刚石复合片在井下工作的真实情况。
According to the theory of percussion drilling fluctuation,the actual stress of polycrystalline diamond compact( PDC) working under the well was simulated. A new PDC impact resistant device is designed with new method. The impact resistance of PDC ZB1308,ZA1308,ZA1613 and ZA1913 was tested by using the device.It is shown that the minimum values are 30,60,80,85 J at the normal atmospheric temperature,and that the minimum values are 30,60,80,85 J at the high temperature. The result matches with the actual forces. The new device could effectively simulate the real stress of the PDC working under the well.
