复方苦参酊剂治疗东南沿海某部队官兵足癣患者临床疗效观察

Clinical efficacy of compound kushen tincture in the treatment of Hang Kong foot among officers and men in the southeast coast

目的了解复方苦参酊剂治疗东南沿海某部队官兵足癣患者的疗效。方法经南京军区福州总医院医学伦理委员会批准，患者签署知情同意书后，将105例足癣官兵患者分为3组，复方苦参酊剂组、复方土槿皮酊剂组、复方雷锁辛洗剂组各35例。3组分别给予相应药物外用治疗，每天2次，疗程为4周。分别于治疗前、治疗后观察皮疹消退情况和真菌镜检结果，评价其疗效。结果复方苦参酊剂组完成35例、复方土槿皮酊剂组完成34例、复方雷锁辛洗剂组完成34例。复方苦参酊剂愈显率85．7％、复方土槿皮酊剂愈显率67．6％、复方雷锁辛洗剂愈显率61．8％，3组愈显率比较差异有统计学意义（x^2=0．047，P〈0．05）。对于水疱鳞屑型足癣患者，复方苦参酊剂临床疗效愈显率93．8％，复方雷锁辛洗剂愈显率75．0％，二者愈显率比较差异有统计学意义（x^2=8．480，P〈0．01）。结论复方苦参酊剂治疗足癣疗效显著，值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound kushen tincture in the treatment of Hang Kong foot among officers and men in the southeast coast. Methods One hundred and five patients with Hang Kong foot were randomly divided into 3 groups： the compound kushen tincture group, the compound pseudolaric tincture group and the compound resoreinol lotion group, each consisting of 35 patients. The patients of the 3 groups were respectively treated externally with the drugs, twice a day for a succession of 4 weeks. Both before and after treatment, deflorescenee was closely observed in all the patients of the groups, and fungi microscopy was performed to evaluate the therapeutic effects. Results Thirty-five patients in the compound kushen tincture group completed the study, 34 patients in the compound pseudolaric tincture group completed the study and another 34 patients in the compound resorcinol lotion group completed the study. The cure rate of the compound kushen tincture group was 85.7%, and the rate of the compound pseudolarie tincture group and the compound resoreinol lotion group were respectively 67.6% and 61.8%. Statistical significance could be noted, when comparisons were made between the 3 groups （x^2 = 0. 047, P 〈 0.05 ）. The difference was statistically significant （x^2 = 0.047, P 〈 0.05 ） . For the patients with vesicular scaly Hong Kong foot, the prominent cure rate of the compound kushen tincture group was 93.8%, while that of the compound resorcinol lotion group was 75%. Statistical significance could be seen, when comparisons were made between these 2 groups （x^2 = 8. 480, P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions The efficacy of compound kushen tincture in the treatment of Hong Kong foot was significant, which was worth further clinical extension.
