摘要
分析了影响钢筋抗屈比的常见因素,有化学成分、晶粒度、微合金化等。着重讨论了在合金元素含量不变的情况下轧制温度控制对钢筋抗屈比提升的影响。通过轧制实践得出结论:适当提高加热炉温度,延长保温时间,可以有效提升钢筋抗屈比。
The common factors that influence the yield ratio is chemical composition, grain size, nitrogen micro alloying etc. This paper emphatically discusses the effect of rolling temperature change on yield ratio in the same content of alloy element. Through the practice, appropriate furnace temperature increase extends the time of heat preservation, which can effectively improve yield ratio.
