摘要
从热处理的三阶段入手,简要介绍热处理三个阶段的实质、碳在金属中的存在形式及作用,并详细分析锻后余热热处理的可行性及适用范围,最后以两个实例具体说明锻后余热热处理的应用情况。实例应用表明,经过锻后余热热处理后,锻件具有了良好的综合力学性能。
This paper introduces the essence of three stage of teat treatment, the metal form and function of carbon from the three stage of heat treatment, and analyzes the feasibility and scope of application of heat treatment, and indicates the application of heat treatment after utilization by two examples. The examples show that forgings afterheat utilization have good comprehensive mechanical properties.
