新钢1050m^3高炉低品质矿冶炼的经济煤比分析

摘要 对新钢二炼铁厂大量的生产数据进行统计分析,试着从煤粉燃烧率、理论燃烧温度、冶炼强度、理论煤焦置换比以及高炉操作管理等方面得出经济煤比。新钢二炼铁厂以经济煤比下的高炉操作要求,确保了喷煤的有效性和经济性。 The statistical analysis of large amounts of production data of the second ironworks in Xinsteel iron is conducted. From the coal combustion rate, theoretical combustion temperature, smelting intensity, theoretical coal-to-coke replacement ratio, and blast furnace operation and management and other aspects, the economic coal ratio is obtained. With blast furnace operation requirements of economic coal ratio, the second ironmaking plant ensures the effectiveness and economy of coal injection.
