摘要
从设计原理、机械结构、液压机构详细介绍一种结构简单、使用方便的水平钢丝绳实时自适应张紧装置。经过试验,该装置能够自动感知钢丝绳的张紧力,当钢丝绳张紧力小于预设张紧力时,液压机构工作,使得液压缸推动张紧活动支架运动,实现钢丝绳的张紧,达到预设张紧力后,液压系统停止工作并保持当前张紧力,从而实现了水平钢丝绳实时张紧的功能。
From the design principle, mechanical structure and hydraulic mechanism, this paper introduces a simple and convenient real-time adaptive tension device of a horizontal steel wire rope. After testing, the device can automatically sense the wire rope tension. When the wire rope tension is less than a preset tension, hydraulic mechanism works. And the hydraulic cyhnder drives the tension movable support move, making wire rope tension reach a preset tension. Then the hydraulic system stops working and keeps the current tension, so as to realize the function of real-time tension of horizontal wire rope.
