摘要
对韶钢8号高炉提高煤气利用率的途径进行了总结分析。通过优化炉料结构、加强入炉原燃料的筛分工作、稳定送风制度、进行上部调剂等途径合理优化操作参数,煤气利用率有明显改善,高炉抗波动能力提高,顺行周期延长,节能降耗效果较显著。
The gas utilization improving way in No. 8 BF at SISG is summarized and analyzed. Through the optimization of burden structure, strengthening of original fuel screening work, the stability of air supply system, upper adjustment and reasonable approach to optimizing the operation parameters, the gas utilization rate and anti fluctuation ability of blast furnace are improved obviously, and direct cycle is extended with remarkable energy saving effect.
