摘要 针对双高线生产现场共用一个PF链的情况下,分钩、打包、称重计量以及卸卷过程中存在的分钩难问题,根据现场实际情况研究制定切实可行的自动分钩系统的实施过程。经过一年的运行实践证明了自动分钩系统的设计非常成功,通过对该项技术的应用每班次减少人力三人,不但降低了企业的用工成本,还避免了人为因素造成的错误现象,提高了计量和卸卷的准确性。 This paper introduces the difficult hook problem in hook, packaging, weighing measurement and unloading process with same PF chain in double hne production site, and introduces the implementation process of feasible automatic hook system according to the actual situation. After a year of practice it proves that the design of the automatic hook system is very successful, which reduces three people in each shift through the application of the technology, not only reducing the labor costs of enterprises, but also avoiding the errors caused by human factors, and improving accuracy of measurement and discharge volume.
