Analysis on the Construction Strategy of Sponge City

我国正面临着城市水资源短缺、水质污染严重、内涝灾害等一系列水问题。海绵城市正是在此背景下提出的综合解决方案,是对传统城市雨洪管理理论的创新发展和丰富完善。本文通过分析海绵城市理论提出的背景,借鉴国内外先进的雨洪管理的理念和实践经验,结合我国当前的城市建设实际,提出海绵城市建设过程中的一些构建策略,并对海绵城市的未来实践应用提出了展望。

China is facing a series of water problems, such as lacking urban water resources, devastating water pollution and serious waterlogging disaster. In response to this, an integrated proposal has emerged for sponge city, which has innovated, developed, enriched and perfected the traditional urban rainwater management theory. By analyzing the background of sponge city theory and drawing lessons from advanced rainwater management ideas and experience at home and abroad, this paper aims to put forward some constructive strategies and predicts the prospects in the construction of sponge city based on the current situation of city construction in China.
