我国行政审批制度存在的问题及其改革对策研究

深化行政审批制度改革,是新世纪以来我国推进行政体制改革,建设法治政府的重要内容。然而,当前我国在行政审批制度方面还存在行政审批业务流程不规范、行政审批监督机制不完善等一些突出问题。要使行政审批制度改革真正落到实处需要进一步优化审批的流程,精简审批的事项;构建立体的监督机制,确保廉洁高效审批等一系列切实可行的对策。

Further reform of administrative approval regime is the important content of the construction of the rule of law in our country. However, there is still non-standard phenomenon in the administrative examination and approval process, and supervision mechanism is not perfect. In order to make it effective, we must perform such countermeasures as furthering optimize the approval process, streamlining the approval matters; constructing a three-dimensional supervision mechanism, ensuring the approval of clean and efficient, etc.
