生态现代化理论发展之探析——兼论中国的生态理论与实践

Analysis on the Development of Ecological Modernization Theory and on the Ecological Theories and Practices in China

生态现代化理论的产生,有其深刻的时代背景和理论背景。与比较激进的生态理论不同的是,生态现代化理论认为,可以在不改变资本主义政治经济基本格局的前提下,完全可以实现环境、经济、商业的三赢局面。在生态现代化理论的发展进程中,虽呈现出不同的发展阶段,但其核心理念和地理适用范围却随着时代的发展不断递进和扩大。在生态现代化进程中,中国的地位日益凸显。面对日趋严重的生态环境问题,中国先后提出了可持续发展战略、科学发展观、社会主义生态文明等几种生态理论加以回应。30多年来,中国生态理论与实践虽然取得许多成就,但问题依然严重,生态现代化理论在中国仍具有很大的借鉴意义。

The ecological modernization theory has the background of times and theory. Unlike the more radical theory, ecological modernization theory can completely achieve a triple-win situation for environment, economy and commerce without changing the capitalism political economy. In the course of the development of ecological modernization theory, though a different development stage is showed, its core concept and its geographical application scope has expanded with the times development. In the process of the ecological modernization, the status of China has become more and more prominent. Faced with the increasingly serious environmental problems, China has put forward several ecological theories such as sustainable development strategies, ＂scientific development＂ and socialist ecological civilization. Over the past 30 years, China＇s ecological environment has made many achievements, but the problem is still serious, so the theory of ecological modernization in China is still of a great reference value.
