论高职高专外语教师的专业发展——基于传统教学与合作教学的对比 被引量:1

On Professional Development of Foreign Language Teachers in Vocational Colleges:A Comparison between Traditional and Cooperative Teaching

摘要 高职院校的外语教师不同于普通本科院校的外语教师,它有其特殊性。通过传统教学与合作教学模式下的对比研究,理清高职高专外语教师的专业发展特点并由此发现:在传统的教学模式下的外语教师发展已经无法突破高职高专外语教师发展的瓶颈;只有通过合作教学模式,才可以提高外语教师的教学、科研能力、语言实践能力以及行业合作能力。 The foreign language teachers in higher vocational colleges are different from the counterparts of normal colleges, so their developments have their particularities. Through comparing the traditional teaching with cooperative teaching mode, and figuring out the features of foreign language teachers' professional development in vocational colleges, a conclusion can be proved that the development of foreign language teachers have been unable to break through the bottleneck in the traditional teaching mode; Only through cooperative teaching, can the foreign language teachers' teaching and scientific research ability, the language practice ability and the industry cooperation ability be improved.
