对接水利产业转型升级的湖南高职水利人才需求预测探析

Forecasting the Talents Demand of Water Resources of Hunan High Vocational Education in the Transformation and Upgrading of the Water Conservancy Industry

水利产业进入了由工程水利向资源水利转型升级的发展期,为准确把握转型升级期湖南高职水利类专业的人才定位和专业建设,必须全面了解新形势下水利产业的岗位类型需求和人才要求标准。根据《2010年-2014年湖南水利发展统计公报》、《2013年湖南省第一次水利普查公报》等统计数据和近百家企事业单位调研数据,笔者对未来五年湖南高职水利人才需求进行了预测分析,并对专业设置、培养面向以及招生规模提出了建议。

With the development of water conservancy industry, it has turued the engineering water conservancy into resources water conservancy. In order to lay a foundation for the transformation and upgrading of water conservancy major in Hunan high vocational education, we must fully understand requirements of position type of water conservancy industry and talents standard sunder the new situation. According to the statistics and nearly hundreds of enterprises data of ＇2010 - 2014 Hunan Water Conservancy Industry Development Statistical Bulletin＇ and ＇The Bulletin of 2013Hunan Province, the talents demand of water resources in high vocational colleges in Hunan is predicted and analyzed, and not only the professional setting, but also the training and recruitment of students scale are suggested for the next five years.
