在煤炭生产与加工过程中,原煤开采、破碎、装车环节和配煤中心的各转载点均有煤尘产生,露天煤矿这些场所的煤尘尤为严重,这对作业环境和安全生产造成严重威胁。为了解决汝箕沟无烟煤分公司破碎装车系统的煤尘污染和威胁问题,采用LFD-45复膜扁布袋除尘器对其进行处理。生产实践表明:该除尘器除尘效率高达99.60%,可以有效回收生产与加工中产生的煤尘,对于防止环境污染和保证作业人员身体健康及生产安全有着重要作用。

Much coal dust is produced during mining,crushing and loading operations and at the various transfer points of the coal blending center. The case is particularly serious at and around the opencast mine-a situation seriously jeopardizing the working operation and safety. To avert the situation,the LFD-45 laminated film flat bag collector are used for dust control at the crushing-loading system of the Rujigou Anthracite Branch. Practice shows that the bag collector can operate with a dust collection efficiency of 99. 60%,well demonstrating its effectiveness for prevention of environmental pollution and for ensuring safety operation.
