摘要 为了解决原装车计量系统存在的工作效率低、劳动强度大、作业环境恶劣、数据时效性差的问题,吕临能化公司选煤厂结合自身特点,将衡器称重技术、计算机网络通讯技术、数据库处理技术、多媒体视频监控技术及自动化控制技术融合为一体,研发出一套全自动装车计量系统。生产实践表明:该系统能够提高装车、过磅效率和准确性,可以优化人力资源配置,实现计量数据及时共享,有助于企业对进出厂物资进行有效监控和科学管理。 The truck loading weighing system originally used suffers from the drawbacks of being low in efficiency,high in labor intensity,poor in working condition and data timeliness. To avert this situation,in the light of the specific conditions,an all-automatic weighing system has been developed through integrating the weighing,computer network communication,database processing,multi-media video monitoring and automatic control technologies. Practice shows the use of the system has led to higher loading and weighing efficiency and accuracy and optimized allocation of human resource,and makes it possible to realize sharing of measured data in a timely manner,helpful to the effective monitoring and scientific management of the goods coming into and out of the plant.
